Overall project coordination
- Coordinate all tasks in a way that the overall project objective is achieved
- monitoring of the resource utilization and preparation of reports towards Steering Committee and General Assembly
- Ensuring the project contractual obligations are met
- Release of project deliverables
- Resolution of administrative and contractual issues
- Management of the legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative topics
- Preparing for and facilitating audits by the KDT JU
- Managing the relation to the Advisory Board, including addition of new Advisory Board members during the project lifetime
- Overseeing the promotion of gender equality in the project
- technical managements of WPs and monitoring of work progress in relation to the project time plan
- Management of contracts (e.g., Grant Agreement, Consortium Agreement,)
