Operational project management
- oversee all day-to-day R&D and administrative activities in the project (e.g. reporting, meetings, document management, distribution of information, responsibilities).
- monitoring of overall technical progress, strategic decisions regarding the scope of the project, supervision of project-internal reporting as well as reporting towards the EC, management of contracts and their amendments
- maintenance and update of the project plan, tracking of all milestones and deliverables. If required, issues will be escalated to the Steering Committee
- provide Project Guidelines
- facilitate all project-internal communication using a centralized document management system, provide templates and prepare project-internal reports plus annual reports to the KDT JU, including project-internal reviews
- Organization of project meetings, half-yearly project meetings, internal workshops, Advisory Board meetings/workshops, and any other extraordinary meetings, when necessary
