Definition of the requirements of the components

The components are critical to the success of the system demonstrators, as they will provide the building blocks for the technology. In this task, all the requirements will be outlined that should be considered when defining the components, also using the results from Task 1.1, thus the requirements from the system demonstrators.

The purpose of defining the requirements for the SOI components is to ensure that they meet the needs of the technology demonstrators and are compatible with the overall SOI ecosystem. This requires careful consideration of the specific use cases and requirements of the technology.

The output of this Task will be then used by Task 1.3 as additional input to define the requirements for the IP platform.

CEA will contribute concerning the FDSOI RF design exploration, characterization and benchmarking, in particular:

• Use Cases Selection
• FOM definition for benchmarking purpose
• High Level System Specifications

For Space application, ISD will define the HPDP80 chip specification.

TU/e will provide specification support for defining the requirements for the radar sensor using its antenna system expertise
