Definition of the requirements of the SOI technology platform

The requirements necessary at the technological platform level are guided by the needs of the applications. We will aim to build a set of requirements necessary to address different application domains. These requirements will be defined at the technology platform level, notably at the level of the MCU functionalities with respect to the applications, and at the level of the manufacturing of the substrates which will have to respect the specifications of the technology platforms.
